避難所での生活でなど、思うように体を動かせない方々が
エコノミー症候群にかかりやすくなっているようです。

少しでも余裕があるかたは、体を動かして。

（何が起こっているかわからない）小さな子どもたちは、きっと
退屈してるんだろうなぁ・・・・・。
思いっきって遊べない日々・・・・
辛いと思います。

小さな子どもたちも、みんな頑張ってね！
