Charity event in Vancouver, CANADA

私がカナダにいるため、どうしてもカナダでの催し物の紹介がメインになってしまいますが、
世界中、たくさんの場所で　日本のためにイベントが行われております。
少しでもここで　紹介できたら。たくさんの方に想いが伝えることができたら、と思います。

バンクーバーに住む、ブロガー　あろあろさんが載せていたものを
了解を得て、転載させていただきます。
「あろあろin Vancouver」

Vancouver Japan Relief Walk of Hope

バンクーバー在住のフォトグラファー、Christopher Pikeさんによって主催された、東日本大震災のためのチャリティー・イベントで、ダウンタウンの5.5キロのルートを、日本を象徴する赤や白のものを身につけて、パンフレットを配ったり、みんなで写真を撮ったりしながら練り歩こうというもの。
仙台に住む友人がいるChristopherさん、震災が起きてから自分に何ができるのか考えたところ、このイベントを思いついたそうです。
イベント参加の登録費用が、すべて赤十字に寄付される仕組み。

雨にあたることなく、みなさんで歩くことができたそうです。

こちらのワンちゃんは、折り鶴をつけての参加！

２００人くらいの人が集まったそうです！
